    is free of charge). For Utapao airport, airport maintenance fee/airport tax @ Baht 100 per person will be collected when ticket is issued
  3. C/Y - Class fares are valid for 1 year
  4. Children and infant fares are 50% and 10% of the adult fare respectively
  5. Air fares are subject to change without notice

Bookings : Any purchase made through the website, bookings have to be made at least 3 days in advance.

Amendment/Cancellation Policy : Any flight amendment after ticket be issued and delivered, please contact respective airline directly to make necessary changes. There will be no charge for the cancellation if notification is received prior to payment is done and ticket be issued. Otherwise, credit card processing fee of 5% and ticket refund fee will be levied.

Payment : Full prepayment is required either by credit card (Visa, Master, JCB) or bank transfer

Delivery fee :

  1. If tickets be collected at E-Biz Travel's office during working hours (09.00-18.00 Monday-Friday & 09.00-13.00 Saturday), not including Public Holidays - no delivery fee
  2. If tickets be delivered to your hotel in Bangkok or outside Bangkok by courier service - fee will be charged extra as following :
  • Bangkok City Area : Baht 300 (US$ 7)
  • Bangkok Airport Area : Baht 500 (US$ 12)
  • Oversea Fed Ex (depending on distance) : Baht 1,000-1,500 (US$ 25-37)
Important Note : E-Biz Travel is not the airline representative.Any tickets purchased through our web site, tickets will have to be issued and delivered by E-Biz Travel only, not through the airline counter. We have no representative counter at the airport, therefore, meeting point will have to be pre-arranged prior to ticket collected. Non-refundable will be made for double purchasing.
